First, please contact me via email to let me know that you wish to return an item. If the item is faulty or damaged when it arrives with you, then you can of course return it free of charge within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, under the Distance Selling Regulations, I will issue a full refund once the goods have been returned to me within 14 working days from the day following delivery of your goods. I will then be able to organise for the item(s) to be refunded in full.
